摘要
随着我国城市建设高速发展,节地型山地住宅将成为一种重要的建筑类型,探讨山地住宅的设计手法具有重要的现实意义。文章以浙江丽水的两个项目为例,详细分析了单元式山地住宅的空间特性,通过对项目的用地选址、交通组织、景观布局及建筑的内部空间、通风日照、建筑形态和节能等方面的论述,较全面地探讨了山地住宅的设计思路,以期能对城镇建设的规划研究提供一定的参考。
With the rapid development of urban construction in China,terraced mountain houses will become an important type of building,and the discussion of the design techniques of mountain houses has practical significance.Taking two projects in Lishui,Zhejiang Province as examples,this paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of unit-type mountain houses in detail.By discussing the site selection,transportation organization,landscape layout,and internal space,ventilation,daylighting,architectural form,and energy conservation of the projects,it comprehensively discusses the design ideas of mountain houses,in order to provide reference for the planning and research of urban construction.
