折叠生活——基于商业租赁的小户型空间策划及设计研发

Folding Life:Planning,Design and Development of Small Apartment Space based on Commercial Lease

文章主要围绕着如何使小户型收纳空间利用率增加所展开,探讨室内住宅设计的收纳问题。根据国家相关住房政策和人才引进政策,结合当代新青年的住房现状问题,在小户型住宅上以改善与提升相关居住环境、收纳、租房性价比等为目的,对空间进行关于折叠生活的户型设计与研发。提出了折叠空间常用的三种设计手法,着重对三种小户型(18平方米、36平方米、72平方米)来进行改造设计,针对男女不同特性,研发出符合当下年轻人租赁需求的小户型。

This study mainly focuses on how to increase the utilization rate of small house storage space,and discusses the storage problem of interior residential design.According to the relevant national housing policies and talent introduction policies,combined with the housing status of contemporary young people,the design and development of folding living space is carried out for the purpose of improving and enhancing the relevant living environment,storage,rent cost performance and so on.Three common design methods of folding space are proposed,focusing on the transformation design of three small apartment types(18 square meters,36 square meters,72 square meters),aiming at the differences between men and women,and developing a small apartment that meets the current rental needs of young people.
