摘要
大力发展新能源电力是实现国家“双碳”目标的重要方式,但当前新能源电力难以在市场中被识别。提出了一种以区块链为工具促进用户消纳新能源电力的策略。基于需求侧角度并考虑到用户的潜在绿色偏好,利用区块链技术有效实现了新能源电力价值在供需双方的传递,并量化了区块链技术对用户绿色偏好的影响,构建了重视低碳环保的供电系统和具有绿色偏好的用户之间互动的Stackelberg博弈模型。仿真结果表明:与未应用区块链场景相比,区块链的信息共享特征促使用户显现对电力的绿色偏好,显著提高了需求侧对新能源电力的消纳,有利于我国“双碳”目标的实现。
It is an important way to meet the dual carbon target in China by vigorously developing new energy power.At present,the new energy power is difficult to be identified in the market.A blockchain-based strategy was proposed to promote the consumption of new energy power by users.Considering the potential green preference of users from the demand side,the transmission of the new energy power value between the supply and demand sides could be effectively realized by the blockchain technology.The impact of the blockchain on the green preference of users was quantified.And a Stackelberg game model was built for the interaction between the power supply system with the preference of low-carbon and environmental protection and the users with the green preference.The simulation results show that the blockchain technology enabled the users to show their preference to green power,which significantly improved the consumption of new energy power on the demand side.It was conducive to achieve the dual carbon target in China.
