摘要
将Al_(2)O_(3)中掺入不同氧化物作为黏结剂,然后和HY分子筛通过挤条成型制备不同氧化物掺杂Y-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂,采用XRD、XRF、BET、MAS NMR、NH 3-TPD、Py-IR等手段对催化剂进行表征,并考察催化剂作用下异丁烷-丁烯烷基化反应性能。结果表明:Al_(2)O_(3)黏结剂和HY分子筛之间的相互作用可以增强催化剂的酸量和酸强度,进而提高HY分子筛催化剂在C_(4)烷基化反应中的寿命和选择性;在催化剂用量5 g、温度75℃、压力3 MPa、质量流量100 g/h条件下,相比于未掺杂氧化物的催化剂,SiO_(2)掺杂Al_(2)O_(3)黏结剂制备的催化剂作用下异丁烷-丁烯烷基化反应的选择性和稳定性大幅改善,Y-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)催化剂作用下目标产物C 8平均选择性为80.2%,催化剂寿命提高至66 h。
Different oxides were added into Al_(2)O_(3) as binder to prepare Y-Al_(2)O_(3) catalysts doped with different oxides through extrusion molding using HY molecular sieve.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,XRF,BET,MAS NMR,NH 3-TPD and Py-IR,and the reaction performance of isobutane-butene alkylation under the action of catalysts was investigated.The results show that the interaction between Al_(2)O_(3) binder and HY molecular sieve can enhance the acid quantity and strength of the catalyst,thus improving the life and selectivity of HY molecular sieve catalyst in C_(4) alkylation reaction.Under the conditions of catalyst dosage of 5 g,temperature of 75℃,pressure of 3 MPa,and mass flow rate of 100 g/h,the selectivity and stability of isobutane-butene alkylation reaction under the action of catalyst prepared by SiO_(2)-doped Al_(2)O_(3) binder have been significantly improved compared with the catalyst without doped oxide.The average selectivity of target product C 8 under the action of Y-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) catalyst is 80.2%and the catalyst life is increased to 66 h.
