新时代高校思想政治理论课教学发挥好立德树人关键性作用,就要紧紧围绕“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”根本问题,聚焦增强大学生“使命担当”,在加强和改进中提质增效;发挥好课堂教学主渠道作用,深化实施专题教学,给大学生讲清楚“中国共产党为什么‘能’”“马克思主义为什么‘行’”“中国特色社会主义为什么‘好’”等基本道理,形成思政课各门课程协同育人合力;教育大学生做“有理想、有本领、有担当”的时代新人,推动大学生坚定信仰、信念、信心,切实肩负起“为党育人、为国育才”职责和使命。

In the modern era,the ideological and political theory courses taught in colleges and universities play a key role in fostering virtue through education.Additionally,it is vital to concentrate on the fundamental problem of"what kind of people to train,how to train people,and for whom,"as well as urging college students to"shoulder their responsibilities and fulfil missions,"in order to improve course's quality and efficiency while expanding and strengthening.We should fully utilize classroom teaching as the primary channel,deepen the thematic teaching,and explain to college students the basic principles of"why the Communist Party of China is capable,""why Marxism is available,"and"why socialism with Chinese characteristics is good,"and so on,forming a joint force of ideological and political courses in education.College students should be educated to be newcomers of the times with ideals,ability,and a strong sense of responsibility.Meanwhile,it is important to facilitate university and college students to develop strong faith and confidence.And this demonstrates how we can shoulder the responsibility and mission of"educating individuals for the party and the country"seriously.
