The Practice and Exploration of"Promoting Teaching and Learning by Competition"in the Teaching Reform of Professional Courses

近年来,高职高专学生的就业压力越来越大,高职高专学生要想掌握专业技能,就必须提高自身职业素养,熟练掌握专业知识和实践技能。本文从学生层次特点、学习能力及参加竞赛等方面进行分析,以学校组织的各级比赛为背景,阐述了“以赛促学、以赛促教”教学改革模式下,人才培养方案如何合理制定、“双师型”教学团队如何培养、如何为学生搭建校内大赛平台等问题,保障“以赛促学、以赛促教”教学模式改革的实施,提高人才培养的质量。

In recent years,the employment pressure of vocational college students is growing.If vocational college students want to master professional skills,they must improve their professional quality,master professional knowledge and practical skills.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of students'levels,learning ability and participation in competitions,this paper,against the background of competitions at all levels organized by the school,expounds the teaching reform model of"promoting learning and teaching through competitions",how to formulate a reasonable talent training program,how to cultivate a"double qualified"teaching team,and how to build a competition platform for students to ensure the implementation of the teaching reform of"promoting learning through competitions and promoting teaching through competitions",and to improve the quality of talent training.
