摘要
城市轨道交通网络化运营后,分析末班车延误对线网其他线路末班车的换乘影响,研究线网级的行车调整方案,避免出现因末班车延误造成乘客无法按计划换乘的事件,对保障客运服务质量具有重要意义。由于城市轨道交通线网换乘关系复杂、设备条件有限,发生末班车延误时行车人员无法快速制定精准有效的线网行车调整方案,对此文章综合乘客服务、运营成本、行车指标3项因素,探讨基于末班车延误的线网行车调整方案模型及工具,并在厦门地铁线网成功运用,可实现末班车延误时行车人员快速、精准、有效制定线网级行车调整方案。
Regarding urban rail transit networked operation,this paper analyzes the influence of last train delays on the transfer of the last train in other lines of the network,studies the operating adjustment schemes at the line network level,avoids incidents where passengers are unable to transfer as planned due to delays of the last train,all of which are of great signifi cance to ensure the quality of passenger transport services.Due to the complex transfer relationship in urban rail transit networks and limited facilities conditions,when the last train is delayed,the driver cannot quickly formulate an accurate and effective line network operating adjustment plan,so this paper combines three factors:passenger service,operating cost and operating index,and discusses the model and tool of the line network operating adjustment scheme based on the delay of the last train,and successfully used in the Xiamen metro line network,which is able to realize when the last train is delayed,so that the driving personnel can quickly,accurately and effectively formulate a line network level operating adjustment plan.
