护理本科生姑息护理知识水平及影响因素分析--以福建医科大学为例

Undergraduate nursing students' knowledge and influencing factors about palliative care:a survey of Fujian Medical University

摘要 了解护理本科生姑息护理知识水平及其影响因素,为姑息护理教育与临床实践提供指导依据。采用便利抽样法,选取2020年11月至2021年2月福建医科大学四年制护理学专业本科生771名,横断面调查其姑息护理认知情况,采用单因素分析及广义线性模型分析影响因素。结果显示,护理本科生姑息护理知识问卷平均得分为(9.54±4.58)分,正确率为47.8%,“年级”“知道姑息护理”及“了解中晚期临终患者常见心理问题”为学生掌握姑息护理知识的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。护理本科生姑息护理知晓率低,应加强在校姑息护理教育,以提高其姑息护理知识及应对能力。
