“双减”政策下长沙市小学课后体育服务现状及质量提升策略

Current Situation and Quality Improvement Strategy of After-School Sports Service in Primary Schools of Changsha Under the“Double Reduction”Policy

为了探究“双减”政策下课后体育服务高质量发展的对策和模式,运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等方法,对长沙市小学课后体育服务情况进行调查分析与研究。调查发现长沙市小学课后体育服务涉及运动项目设置、课后服务经费、师资力量、学校支持力度等方面,其实现过程中存在支持手段单一、师资力量缺乏、经费保障不足、管理机制欠缺等问题。分析问题之后提出长沙市小学应该进一步丰富资源手段、实现多元服务,加强体育教师培训、强化师资队伍建设,拓宽资金渠道、完善经费保障措施,健全管理机制、实行分级负责制度等策略。

In order to explore the countermeasures and models for the high-quality development of after-school sports services under the“double reduction”policy,this paper uses literature,questionnaire and interview to investigate,analyze and study the after-school sports service in primary schools of Changsha.The research concludes that the after-school sports service in primary schools of Changsha involves sports project setting,after-school service funding,teaching staff,school support and other aspects.In the process of implementation,there are many problems,such as the single support means,the lack of teachers,the lack of fund guarantee,and the lack of management mechanism.After analyzing the problems,it is proposed that primary schools in Changsha should further enrich the resources and means,realize multiple services,strengthen the training of physical education teachers,strengthen the construction of teachers,broaden the funding channels,improve the funding guarantee measures,improve the management mechanism,implement the graded responsibility system and other strategies.
