On the Ecological Philosophical Foundation of Chinese Path to Modernization

相较于全球范围内两百多年来现代化浪潮中控制自然的主流思维与模式,中国式现代化有着独特的生态意蕴与深厚的生态哲学基础。党的二十大报告提出,“人与自然和谐共生”是中国式现代化基于自己国情的鲜明特色,“促进人与自然和谐共生”是中国式现代化的本质要求之一。习近平生态文明思想为坚持走“人与自然和谐共生”的中国式现代化道路奠定了生态哲学基础,提供了理论遵循与行动指南。“自然是生命之母”“生态环境是人类生存和发展的根基”,是中国式现代化的生态哲学本体论奠基;“人与自然的关系是人类社会最基本的关系”,为理解中国式现代化的生态内涵构建了认识论主线;“系统观念是具有基础性的思想和工作方法”,为坚持走中国式现代化道路提供了科学方法论指导;“人与自然是生命共同体”则彰显了生态文明时代中国式现代化道路的全人类共同价值旨归。

Compared with the mainstream thinking and mode of controlling nature in the global modernization wave for more than 200 years,Chinese path to modernization has unique ecological implication and profound ecological philosophy foundation.The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC has pointed out that“harmonious coexistence of man and nature”is a distinctive feature of Chi⁃nese path to modernization based on its own national conditions,and“promoting harmonious coexistence of man and nature”is one of the essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization.Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization has laid the ecological phi⁃losophy foundation and provided theoretical guidance and action guidelines for adhering to the Chinese path to modernization of“harmo⁃nious coexistence of man and nature”.“Nature is the mother of life”and“ecological environment is the foundation of human survival and development”,which have laid the ontological foundation of ecological philosophy for the Chinese path to modernization;“The rela⁃tionship between man and nature is the most basic relationship in human society”,which builds the main line of epistemology for un⁃derstanding the ecological connotation of the Chinese path to modernization;“System concept is a basic thought and working method”,which provides scientific methodology guidance for adhering to the Chinese path to modernization;“Man and nature are a community of life”,which highlights the common value of all mankind on the Chinese path to modernization in the era of ecological civilization.
