Building harmonious labour relations and achieving social harmony and stability is an essential question that we must an⁃swer today.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,on the basis of inheriting and developing the labor thoughts in Marxism,the CPC and the excellent traditional Chinese culture,Xi Jinping has made a series of important discussions on building harmonious labor relations,formed many new ideas,perspectives,assertions with rich connotations and profound implications,and explained the value principles,strategic positioning,problem orientation,political guarantees of building harmonious labor rela⁃tions.These discussions have opened up a new realm for the innovative development of Marxist labor relations thoughts in China in the new era,pointed out a new direction for laying a solid and harmonious labor relations productivity foundation for the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization,provided new ideas for promoting the global construction of a labor capital community,and offered new enlightenment for the CPC to deepen its understanding of the three laws in the new era.
