不同林龄对厚朴人工林生长及厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的影响

摘要 [目的]探究不同林龄厚朴生长和有效成分含量变化特征,为厚朴人工林科学合理利用提供理论依据。[方法]以不同林龄厚朴人工林为研究对象,研究不同林龄对厚朴生长、生物量以及不同器官皮中有效成分含量的影响。[结果]不同林龄厚朴胸径、树高、各器官生物量以及各器官皮生物量大小均表现为15年>13年>11年。同一林龄地上部各器官生物量大小均表现为树干>树枝>树叶,而各径级根生物量大小表现为中根>大根>小根>细根。同一林龄地上部各器官皮生物量大小表现为干皮>枝皮,各径级根皮生物量大小表现为中根皮>大根皮>小根皮。随着林龄的增加,干皮和枝皮中的厚朴酚表现出先升后降的趋势,而和厚朴酚则表现出逐渐增加趋势,根皮中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量则随林龄增大显著增加,且同一林龄中根皮中的厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量显著高于干皮和枝皮。[结论]综合各指标,当厚朴培育13年后即可进行采伐利用,且应加强对厚朴根的合理利用。 [Objective]To investigate the responses of growth and active components content of Magnolia officinalis to different tree ages,and provide theoretical basis for scientific and rational utilization of M.officinalis plantation.[Method]The effects of different ages on the growth,biomass and the content of active components in different organ barks of M.officinalis were studied by using different age plantations of M.officinalis.[Result]The results showed that the diameter at breast height,tree height,the biomass of each organ and its bark of M.officinalis among different ages all displayed 15 a>13 a>11 a tendency.The order of aboveground organs biomass in the same age was trunk>branch>leaf,while the order of root biomass in the same age showed middle root>large root>small root>fine root.In the same age,the bark biomass of aboveground organ order was trunk bark>branch bark,and the bark biomass of the root showed middle root bark>large root bark>small root bark.With the increase of tree age,magnolol content in trunk and branch bark displayed first increased then decreased tendency,while magnolol content increased gradually.The contents of magnolol and honokiol in root bark increased significantly with the increase of tree age,and their contents in root bark were significantly higher than those in trunk and branch bark in the same stand age.[Conclusion]Taken together,M.officinalis could be cut and utilized after 13 years of cultivation,and the rational utilization of M.officinalis root should be strengthened.
