农业重大技术协同推广生成逻辑·现实约束及深化路径

Generating Logic, Realistic Constraints, and Deepening Paths for Collaborative Extension of Major Agricultural Technologies

随着技术受众对农业生产过程中的技术要素需求越来越高,农业重大技术协同推广成为顺应时代变化,推进现代农业发展中农业技术推广的重要模式。目前农业重大技术协同推广运行总体呈现受众满意度高、任务完成度较好的态势,但由于资金短缺和体制不顺,仍然存在诸多现实约束。以江西省为例,基于协同治理理论,从“分工共赢与纵横拓展”的逻辑视角分析农业重大技术协同推广生成的必然性和优化农业重大技术协同推广机制的深化路径。

With the technical audience’s demand for the technical factors in the agricultural production process becoming higher and higher,the cooperative extension of major agricultural technologies has become an important mode to adapt to the changes of the times and promote the agricultural technology extension in modern agricultural development.At present,the cooperative extension of major agricultural technologies has a high audience satisfaction and a good degree of task completion,but there are still many practical constraints due to the shortage of funds and the system is not smooth.This paper takes Jiangxi Province as an example,based on the theory of co-governance,from the logical perspective of“division of labor and win-win and vertical and horizontal expansion”,this paper analyzes the inevitability of the cooperative extension of agricultural major technologies and the deepening path of optimizing the cooperative extension mechanism of agricultural major technologies.
