乡村振兴背景下农村电商本土人才培育路径研究--以聊城市为例

Research on the Cultivation Path of Local Talents in Rural E-commerce under the Background of Rural Revitalization-A Case Study of Liaocheng City

随着“互联网+”和数字经济的迅速发展,近年来农村电商发展迅猛,为全面实施乡村振兴提供了新动能、新载体。围绕“农村电商”开办职业教育,为农村地区输送了大批优秀人才,成为支撑地方农村电商发展的不竭动力与力量源泉。为了有效解决农村电商人才培育过程中遇到的突出矛盾与问题,立足聊城市农村电商发展实际,结合聊城职业技术学院电商职业教育实践经验,探索具有地方特色的农村电商本土人才培育创新路径,助力实现乡村振兴。

With the rapid development of“Internet+”and digital economy,rural e-commerce has developed rapidly in recent years,which provides a new driving force and carrier for the comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization.Surrounding“rural e-commerce”,vocational education was set up,which provided a large number of outstanding talents for rural areas,and becomes an inexhaustible source of power and strength to support the development of local rural e-commerce.In order to effectively solve the outstanding contradictions and problems encountered in the process of cultivating rural e-commerce talents,based on the actual development of rural e-commerce in Liaocheng City,combined with the practical experience of vocational education of e-commerce in Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College,this paper explored the innovative path of cultivating local talents of rural e-commerce with local characteristics,so as to help to realize the rural revitalization.
