摘要 随着汽车电子电气行业的发展及消费者对智能化的迫切需求,智能网联成为近年来汽车行业的热门话题,全景天窗作为传统的汽车部件也逐渐焕发新的生命,开始从单纯的结构类部件走向电动化、网联化,新势力造车的加入更是加快了智能化的脚步。文章的主要研究对象为某车型的全景天窗的功能设计,对全景天窗的系统方案、硬件及局域互联网络(LIN)输入输出接口方案进行了规定,并对天窗玻璃及遮阳帘的开关逻辑、远程控制功能、语音控制功能、遥控关窗功能、联动逻辑要求进行详述,同时对全景天窗性能要求进行明确要求。文章中设计的全景天窗功能多样且智能,有多种控制方式来实现用户的需求,对后续车型全景天窗的功能设计具有一定的参考意义。 With the development of the automotive electronic and electrical industry and the urgent needs of consumers for intelligence,intelligent networking has become a hot topic in the automotive industry in recent years,and the panoramic sunroof as a traditional auto part has gradually rejuvenated its new life,and has begun to move from simple structural components to electrification and networking,and the addition of new forces to build cars has accelerated the pace of intelligence.The main research object of the paper is the functional design of a model of panoramic sunroof,the paper stipulates the system scheme,hardware and local interconnect network(LIN)input and output interface scheme of the panoramic sunroof,and elaborates on the switch logic,remote control function,voice control function,remote control window closing function,linkage logic requirements of the sunroof glass and sunshade,and at the same time,the performance requirements of the panoramic sunroof are clearly required,and the panoramic sunroof designed in the paper is diverse and intelligent,and there are a variety of control methods to achieve the needs of users.It has certain reference significance for the functional design of the panoramic sunroof of subsequent models.
