摘要
离合器是手动挡车型的关键零部件,通过离合踏板的操作(踩踏板、松踏板),实现离合器的结合、分离,进而实现车辆的起步、换挡、倒车等。汽车离合器助力器涉及整车操纵性能,直接对用户使用体验造成影响,同时对车辆行驶具有一定的安全性隐患,文章基于某卡车车型的离合器故障问题,从问题调查、原因分析,找到问题的可能原因为系统性问题、零部件质量问题、密封性问题,并通过离合助力器工作原理、试验逐一排除,找到了问题的主要原因为密封圈唇口厚度不足,从而导致离合助力器发生漏油故障。最终通过修改密封圈模具,增加密封圈唇口厚度,问题得到了最终解决。提升了离合器助力器的可靠性、产品竞争力及顾客满意度。
Clutch is a key component of manual transmission models,through the clutch pedal operation(pedal,pedal loose),so as to control the combination and separation of the clutch,and then realize the vehicle starting,shifting,reversing functions.Vehicle clutch booster is related to vehicle handling performance,it will directly affect the user experience and the vehicle driving safety.This article is based on the clutch fault problem of a truck model.After the problem investigation and cause analysis of the clutch fault problem,we find the possible causes of the fault are systemic problems,parts quality problems and sealing problems.Combined with the working principle of clutch booster and through the test to eliminate one by one,we find the main reason for the problem is:the seal ring lip thickness is insufficient,resulting in the clutch booster oil leakage failure.Finally,by modifying the seal ring mold and increasing the thickness of the seal ring lip,the clutch fault is eliminated.By solving the problem of clutch failure,improving the reliable performance of the clutch booster,the competitiveness of the product and customer satisfaction.
