中国参与全球体育治理的演进特征与应对策略

Evolution Characteristics and Countermeasures of China's Participation in Global Sports Governance

全球化加速跨国界、跨文化、跨领域多边合作,体育在促进全球价值认同、实现跨域文化融合、消解全球利益冲突等过程中扮演重要角色。当前,体育参与全球治理呈现国际体育组织引导全球体育发展、职业体育引导体育产业发展、大型体育赛事引导城市发展和人文精神引领大众体育发展等趋势。研究认为,我国参与全球体育治理的角色由“参与”向“主导”转变、地位从“边缘”向“中心”转移、方式以“单一”向“多元”转向,需以贡献中国体育治理方案、建立网络体育组织体系、形成体育合作治理模式、拓展体育治理参与范畴、遵循全球体育治理秩序等举措,推进我国参与全球体育治理的体系和能力向纵深化、持续化方向发展。

Globalization accelerates cross-border,cross-cultural,and cross-domain multilateral cooperation.Sports plays an important role in promoting global value recognition,realizing crossregional cultural integration,and resolving global conflicts of interest.At present,the participation of sports in global governance presents trends such as international sports organizations leading the development of global sports,professional sports leading the development of the sports industry,large-scale sports events leading urban development,and humanistic spirit leading the development of mass sports.The research believes that our country's role in participating in global sports governance has changed from"participation"to"dominant",status shifted from"marginal"to"center",and mode from"single"to"multiple".To promote the system and ability of our country's participation in global sports governance to develop in a vertical and sustainable direction,the following strategies should be taken:establish a network sports organization system,form a sports cooperative governance model,expand the scope of sports governance participation,follow the global sports governance order and other measures.
