旋转变压器软解码算法分析研究

摘要 永磁同步电机矢量控制当中,需要获得电机转子准确的电角度,在工业控制当中电机位置传感器常采用旋转变压器获取电机转子位置。旋转变压器位置解码常采用专用解码芯片获取电机转子位置,但解码芯片增加硬件开发成本,故对旋转变压器的位置解码进行软件算法设计分析。针对传统二阶角度跟踪器对加速度跟踪效果不佳的问题进行优化设计,提出对二阶跟踪器进行前馈校正装置设计以达到更好的角度跟踪效果。通过MATLAB/Simulink对软件算法进行仿真验证。采用MCAL配置TC275外设DSADC解码旋变信息,通过实验进进行结果验证方案的可行性。 In the vector control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,it is necessary to obtain the accurate electrical angle of the motor rotor.In industrial control,the motor position sensor often uses a resolver to obtain the motor rotor position.Decoding the resolver position usually uses a dedicated decoding chip to obtain the rotor position of the motor,but the decoding chip increases the hardware development cost.In this paper,the software algorithm design and analysis for the position decoding of the resolver is carried out.The traditional second-order angle tracker has a poor acceleration tracking effect and is optimized,and a feedforward correction device design for the second-order tracker is proposed to achieve better angle tracking effect.The software algorithm is simulated and verified by MATLAB/Simulink.The MCAL is used to configure the TC275 peripheral DSADC to decode the resolver information,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified through experiments.
