重庆市老旧小区加装电梯现存问题调查分析及优化建议

Research and Analysis of Existing Problems and Optimization Suggestions of Elevator Installation in Old Urban Residence Communities in Chongqing

老旧小区加装电梯是一项民生工程,其推进不仅需要政府的大力引导,更需要居民的积极响应。该文通过对重庆市城镇老旧小区加装电梯现状进行网络调研与实地考察,分析总结了重庆市老旧小区加装电梯存在的六大问题,即参与各方意见难协调、居民出资困难大、执行标准难统一、过程监管存漏洞、后续维护管理难、电梯的使用寿命与报废,同时针对这些问题提出优化建议措施,可供业内人士参考。

To install elevators for old residence communities is a livelihood project,and its promotion requires not only the strong guidance of the government,but also the positive response of residents.Based on the network research and field visit on the current installation of elevators in old urban residence communities in Chongqing,this paper analytically summarizes the six major problems in such installation work:difficulty in coordination of the opinions of all parties involved,difficulty in funding from residents,difficulty in unifying the implementation standards,difficulty in process monitoring,difficulty in follow-up maintenance and management,and the service life and scrapping of elevators.Meanwhile,exploratory suggestions and measures are presented to solve these problems,which can be used for reference.
