基于低压台区负线损的电流互感器计量误差影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 线损率是供电企业的一个重要经济指标,它不仅反映了配电网的运行管理水平,而且直接关系到企业的经济效益。某公司对低压台区异常线损实施了排摸,找出了一些共性问题,并通过换总表、查关联、检查错接线等消缺手段处理了异常线损,但是发现某些台区并不存在变户不匹配或接线错误等问题,仍连续出现负线损(低于−1%),并且这些台区同时伴有台变负载率低、供电量少的现象。考虑到供电侧计量异常很可能导致该现象,选取典型台区对电流互感器的计量准确性进行了测试,发现存在较大偏差。对电流互感器的测试情况以及电流互感器计量误差对台区线损率的影响进行了相应的分析。 Line loss ratio is an important economic index of power supply enterprises,which not only reflects the operation and management level of distribution network,but also directly relates to the economic benefits of enterprises.our company has carried out a survey of abnormal line loss in the low-voltage station area,found out some common problems,and also dealt with abnormal line loss by changing the master electricity meters,checking the correlation,checking the wrong connection and other means of problem elimination.However,it is found that some station areas do not have problems such as unmatched switching or wiring errors,but continuously have negative line loss(less than−1%),and these stations are accompanied by low switching load rate and low power supply.Considering that abnormal metering on the power supply side may cause the above phenomena,the measurement accuracy of the current transformer(TA)is tested in a typical station area,and a large deviation is found.This paper analyzes the test situation of TA and the influence of the measurement error of current transformer on the line loss ratio of the station area.
