摘要
为探索提高铝合金表面加工质量的方法,将二维纵、扭超声引入常规滚压中,形成一种新的加工技术。首先使用理论和仿真结合的方法设计制造纵、扭超声变幅杆并验证;然后将换能器、变幅杆、工具头和超声波发生器集成得到二维超声滚压加工装置。以棒料铝合金6061为毛坯进行正交超声滚压试验,结果表明:超声滚压得到的工件表面粗糙度值相比较常规滚压最高减小了53.7%,并且其表面微观形貌更好;随着静压力增大表面粗糙度值呈现增大趋势,随着转速增大表面粗糙度值呈现总体增加趋势,随着进给量增大表面粗糙度值呈现总体减小趋势。
In order to improve the surface quality of aluminum alloy,two-dimensional longitudinal and torsional ultrasound was introduced into conventional rolling.1.The longitudinal and torsional resonant horn is designed by means of theory and simulation,and the longitudinal and torsional resonance are verified indirectly by detecting the amplitudes of the longitudinal and torsional amplitudes.2.The transducer,the horn,the tool head and the ultrasonic generator are integrated to obtain a processing device.The ultrasonic orthogonal rolling test of bar aluminum alloy 6061 was carried out.The results show that:1.The Surface roughness value obtained by ultrasonic rolling is 53.7%lower than that by conventional rolling,and the surface microstructure is better.2.With the increase of static pressure,the Surface roughness increases,with the increase of rotational speed,the Surface roughness increases,and with the increase of feed Surface roughness decreases.
