4R危机管理模式视域下的大学生心理危机干预机制研究

Research on the Psychological Crisis Intervention Mechanism of College Students from the Perspective of 4R Crisis Management Model

以4R危机管理模式为分析工具,分别从缩减、准备、反应和恢复四个危机管理模式探析了大学生心理危机干预的工作重点,即在缩减模式下要牢固树立防范意识,加强预防工作,在预备模式下要建立完善的预警机制,在反应模式下要建立完善的应急处理机制,在恢复模式下要实施心理危机善后措施。

Taking the 4R crisis management model as an analytical tool,the focus of psychological crisis intervention for college students is analyzed from the four crisis management modes of reduction,preparation,response and recovery,that is,the awareness of prevention should be firmly established in the reduction mode,the prevention work should be strengthened,a sound early warning mechanism should be established in the preparatory mode,a perfect emergency handling mechanism should be established in the response mode,and the aftermath measures of psychological crisis should be implemented in the recovery mode.
