The various methods used by the medium-size bar rolling line to improve the sizing accuracy of bars at ZNIS were described,including the corresponding length compensation setting according to the thermal shrinkage of the bar,the detection benchmark setting of the bar temperature and the angle adjustment of the length stop.These methods have been applied to the actual production of the line,and the sizing accuracy of bars is higher than the international standards.
