中南股份应用煤调湿技术分析

Analysis of Coal Moisture Control Process Applied at ZNIS

摘要 通过对多管回转式和流化床式煤调湿进行对比,结合中南股份配煤采用贮配煤筒仓、煤水分高和煤粉多的特点,提出了煤调湿、贮配煤筒仓、选择性粉碎和超级离心机的生产工艺。 Multiple rotary tube and fluidized-bed coal moisture control technologies were compared.Combining with the characteristics of coal storage-blending integration and high moisture and much fine fraction coal at ZNIS,the manufacturing technique that was integrated with coal moisture control,storage-blending silo,selective crushing and super centrifugal has been put forward.
