Renovation and Utilization Practice of Transforming a M.A.N.Gas Holder into a Winggins Gas Holder

介绍某钢厂利用5万m3高炉煤气柜进行转炉煤气的储存、转炉煤气回收利用的实践经验,最终通过技改,将此高炉煤气柜改造为威金斯气柜。分析研究利用过程的问题及经验,为同类型企业对老旧的曼型柜的利用提供借鉴。

The practical experience of using 50,000 m 3 blast furnace gas holder in a steel plant for converter gas storage and converter gas recycling is introduced.Finally,through technical transformation,this blast furnace gas holder was transformed into a Wiggins gas holder.The problems and experience in the utilization process are analyzed and studied,and the reference for the utilization of old M.A.N.gas holder by the same type of enterprises is provided.
