基于全面质量管理理论的“双高”建设质量管理体系构建

Construction of“Double High”Construction Quality Management System based on Total Quality Management Theory

学校高质量推进“双高”建设项目,需要建立一套规范、完整的质量管理体系,对“双高”建设项目管理进行设计和指导。为此,高职院校可立足“双高”院校项目管理,借鉴全面质量管理理论,从质量保障体系、质量过程控制体系和质量持续改进体系三个方面构建“双高”建设质量管理体系,构建多层PDCA循环机制,规范并提高“双高”建设项目质量管理水平,这将对“双高”建设任务的完成和具体实施具有一定的现实意义。

In order to promote the“Double High”construction project with high quality,the vocational colleges need to establish a standardized and complete quality management system to design and guide the management of“double high”construction project.From the perspective of project management of“Double High”vocational colleges,drawing on the theory of total quality management,this paper constructs the“Double High”construction quality management system from three aspects,i.e.quality assurance system,quality process control system and quality continuous improvement system.Multiple PDCA cycles are established to standardize and improve the quality management level of the“Double High”construction project,which will have practical significance for the completion and implementation of the“Double High”construction task.
