党的十八大以来,围绕全面建成小康这一百年奋斗目标,党中央作出了一系列重要论述,提出全面建成小康社会是实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键性一步,明确了全面建成小康社会在实现民族复兴中国梦历程中的战略地位。充分认识全面建成小康社会的意义,有利于做好两个一百年奋斗目标的衔接。从理论维度看,全面建成小康社会实现了科学社会主义在中国的与时俱进;从现实维度看,全面建成小康社会为开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家奠定坚实基础;从世界维度看,全面建成小康社会增加发展中国家走向现代化的道路选择。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a series of important statements have been made by the central government regarding the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects within the next hundred years.It has been emphasized that achieving this goal is a crucial step towards realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and that building a moderately prosperous society holds a strategic position in the process of realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.Understanding the significance of building a moderately prosperous society is beneficial for achieving the two centenary goals.From a theoretical perspective,building a moderately prosperous society embodies the concept of scientific socialism with Chinese characteristics.From a practical perspective,it lays a solid foundation for building a socialist modernized country.From a global perspective,the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society is a choice for developing countries to move towards modernization.
