棒型热阻断拉结件抗拔性能研究

摘要 为研究棒型热阻断拉结件在单调荷载作用下的抗拔性能,以拉结件的开孔大小及开孔深度为参数设计试件,进行抗拔试验,分析试件的荷载-位移曲线及抗拔承载力,并通过试验研究拉结件布置设计。研究结果表明:针对本次试验参数,在单调荷载作用下,开孔大小7 mm较开孔大小6.5 mm极限抗拔承载力提升7.8%,开孔深度50 mm较开孔深度45 mm极限承载力提升27.9%。研究结果可为轻质夹心保温墙板的设计提供参考依据。 In order to study the pull-out performance of the bar-shaped connector with thermal blocking function under monotonic load,the size and depth of the opening of the tie are taken as parameters to design the test piece,carry out the pull-out test,analyze the load displacement curve and the pull-out bearing capacity of the test piece,and the layout design of the tie through the test research.The research results show that:for the test parameters,under the monotonic load,the ultimate uplift bearing capacity of the opening with the size of 7 mm is 7.8%higher than that of the opening with the size of 6.5 mm,and the ultimate bearing capacity of the opening with the depth of 50 mm is 27.9%higher than that of the opening with the depth of 45 mm.The research results can provide reference for the design of lightweight sandwich insulation wallboard.
