长春拖拉机厂工业遗产再利用节能设计研究

Research on Energy-Saving Design for Industrial Heritage Reuse in Changchun Tractor Factory

当前,随着产业升级,许多旧工业建筑逐渐退出城市历史舞台,其中不乏一些承载城市历史记忆并具有较高建筑保留价值意义的工业遗产。本文以长春拖拉机厂为例,分析工业遗产可能具备的多重利用价值,提出适用于我国寒地工业遗产再利用节能设计的指导原则,对目前寒地工业遗产再利用节能技术中的难点进行探讨,并提出合理的节能设计方案。以期为我国寒地工业遗产保护再利用的节能设计研究提供一定参考。

At present,with the upgrading of industry,many old industrial buildings have withdrawn from the historical stage,including some industrial heritage that carries the historical memory of the city and has a high preservation value.Taking Changchun Tractor Factory as an example,this paper analyzes the multiple values of industrial heritage,puts forward the principles of the energy-saving design suitable for industrial heritage reuse in the cold areas of China,discusses the difficulties in the current energy-saving technology for industrial heritage reuse in the cold land,and proposes a reasonable energy-saving design scheme.In order to provide some reference for the research on energy-saving design for the reuse of China’s cold areas industrial heritage.
