浅析绿色建筑理念在高层民用建筑设计中的应用

The Application of Green Building Concept in the Design of High-Rise Civil Buildings

目前,我国社会经济转型速度较快,高质量发展已经成为经济转型的关键目标。在国民经济发展过程中,建筑行业是核心支柱产业之一,在新形势下合理应用绿色建筑理念非常重要。高层民用建筑作为一种常见的建筑类型,将绿色建筑应用于其建筑设计中,符合新时代对建筑行业的发展要求,并且可以减少能源的浪费。基于此,本文针对绿色建筑在高层民用建筑设计中的应用展开分析。通过研究得出,将绿色建筑理念融入高层建筑设计中,有助于提高高层民用建筑的绿色环保性能,并为高层民用建筑创设更多经济效益及社会效益,符合绿色建筑的标准及要求。

At present,China’s social and economic transformation speed is fast,high-quality development has become the key goal of economic transformation.In the process of national economy development,the construction industry is one of the core pillar industries,and it is very important to rationally apply the concept of green building under the new situation.As a common building type,high-rise civil buildings apply green building in architectural design,which meets the requirements of the new era for the development of the construction industry,and can reduce the waste of energy.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application of green buildings in the design of high-rise civil buildings.Through the research,it is concluded that integrating the concept of green building into the design of high-rise buildings will help to improve the green environmental protection performance of high-rise civil buildings,and create more economic and social benefits for high-rise civil buildings,meet the standards and requirements of green buildings.
