摘要
针对当前高层建筑桩基施工中,若施工区域地下存在既有建筑基础结构则会对基础结构沉降造成严重影响的问题,开展对某拟建高层建筑项目盾构切削钢筋混凝土桩基施工技术的研究。在施工中按照盾构推进施工、切削刀盘正面土体改良、切削钢筋混凝土桩基施工、盾构穿越桩基后施工的顺序流程完成施工。通过对施工效果分析得出,应用新的施工技术,可将沉降量控制在0.2 mm范围内,确保地下既有构筑物基础结构的沉降不受影响,从而提高项目整体施工质量。
In the current high-rise building pile foundation construction,if there is an existing building foundation structure underground in the construction area,it will have a serious impact on the settlement of the foundation structure.Research on the construction technology of shield cutting reinforced concrete pile foundation for a proposed high-rise building project is carried out.During the construction,the construction was completed according to the sequential process of shield construction,frontal soil improvement of cutting cutter head,cutting reinforced concrete pile foundation construction,and shield construction after passing through the pile foundation.Through the analysis of the construction effect,it is concluded that the new construction technology application can control the settlement amount within the range of 0.2 mm,ensure that the settlement of the existing underground structure foundation structure is not affected,and improve the overall construction quality of the project.
