The digital economy has a huge impact on job market,reconstructing and innovating its structure or pattern.And digital talents have become urgently needed for the emerging industry and transformation of traditional industries.So,this paper proposes that the vocational colleges maintain a favorite policy,innovate education model and improve career guidance for graduates.
