摘要
中小学校党组织作用的发挥情况决定着中小学校党建工作的质量.通过调研认为,中小学校党组织在贯彻党的教育方针、做好思想政治工作方面履职较好,但是在打造先进党建文化方面还有提升空间;党组织重视党建工作,但是党建制度化、内涵化、创新性发展方面尚有欠缺;党组织书记的专业化水平也需要进一步提升.原因在于中小学校党建理论研究滞后;学校运行机制乏力,组织保障欠缺;支部书记培养培训体系不健全.建议进一步推进党组织领导的校长负责制,研制党建工作评价考核标准,建立教育党校,构筑党务工作者培训体系.
While the Party organizations in primary and secondary schools determine the quality of their work,this survey finds out that the Party organizations perform thcir dutics well in implementing educational policy and ideological and political dissemination.But,there is still room for improvement in such fields as institutionalization,connotation and innovative development.Besides,the professional level of Party secretaries,operating mechanism,organizational guarantee,and training of branch secretaries are to be improved.And a principal responsibility system should be immensely promoted.
