珠三角地区公共图书馆健康信息服务调查分析与启示

Investigation and Enlightenment of Public Library Health Information Service in Pearl River Delta

采用网络调查法从资源与服务两个方面对珠三角地区10所公共图书馆健康信息服务情况进行调研,梳理并总结了近年来健康信息服务的特点及创新实践。提出了公共图书馆可以从整合馆藏资源、利用数字化赋能、提升服务品牌效应、拓展社会合作以及提高馆员素质等来提高健康信息服务能力,以期为其他地区公共图书馆开展健康信息服务提供借鉴。

This paper investigates the health information services of 10 public libraries in the Pearl River Delta from two aspects of resources and services by means of network survey,and summarizes the characteristics and innovative practices of their health information services in recent years.It proposes that public libraries can integrate collection resources,empower through digitization,improve the efficiency of health information service by using service brand effect,expand social cooperation and improve librarians health information service ability,in order to provide some reference for public libraries in other regions to carry out health information service.
