摘要
针对某复杂自然冷却铜炉渣的原料性质,进行了一系列选矿小型试验和闭路试验研究,分别对碎磨工艺、选别工艺、脱水工艺流程及设备选型进行了分析。研究表明,该原料整体粒度偏细,硫化铜和自然铜的嵌布粒度细且不均匀,且在-0.038 mm粒级下仍有24%的铜未解离,因此该项目选用单段半自磨流程,并通过阶段磨矿、阶段选别工艺回收铜,在原料含铜1.5%的情况下,经选别后得到含铜品位20%的渣精矿,回收率75%,尾矿含铜品位0.4%。
In view of the feed properties of a complex natural cooling copper slag,the paper makes a study of a series of small-scale mineral processing tests and closed-circuit tests,and analyzes crushing and grinding process,separation process,dewatering process and equipment selection.The study has shown that the feed has relatively fine particle size in general,copper sulfide and native copper has fine and uneven embedded particle size,and 24%copper still remains unliberated at a particle size of-0.038 mm.Therefore,the project adopts a single-stage semi-automatic grinding process,and copper can be recycled by stage grinding and stage separation processes.Under the circumstance that the feed contains 1.5%copper,after separation,the project can obtain slag concentrate with the copper grade of 20%and recovery of 75%and copper grade of 0.4%in the tailings.
