摘要
我国企业在国际EPC总承包领域快速拓展的同时,也存在着重要的风险。基于国际EPC项目的特点,以国内某以设计为主体的工程公司为例,结合具体的海外项目实践经验对该公司海外EPC项目所面临的风险进行了基本的识别和分类,并利用规避、转移、减轻和接受等风险应对策略,针对性探讨了国际EPC工程总承包项目的风险应对措施。
With the rapid expansion of Chinese enterprises in the field of international EPC general contracting,there are also huge risks and hidden dangers.Based on the characteristics of international EPC projects,taking a domestic engineering company with design as the major business as an example,this paper identifies and classifies the risks faced by the company's overseas EPC projects in combination with specific overseas project practical experience,and specifically discusses the response measures of risk in international EPC engineering general contracting projects by using risk response strategies such as avoidance,transfer,mitigation,and acceptance.
