社会交换理论下高职院校产教研融合运行机制研究

Research on Operation Mechanism of Industry-Education-Research Integration in Higher Vocational Colleges under Social Exchange Theory

产教研融合在促进高职院校深入发展的过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。研究以社会交换理论为基础,针对产教研融合中参与主体收益与成本差距大、相对资源不均衡、交换兴趣低迷以及相关政策亟待完善等问题,提出重建融合机制、优化资源配置、响应参与需求、健全法律制度等建议,以期实现高职院校产教研融合运行机制的长效运行。

The integration of industry,education and research plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the deep development of higher vocational colleges.Based on the theory of social exchange,this study aims at the problems of the integration of industry,education and research,such as the large gap between the benefits and costs of the participants,the imbalance of relative resources,the low interest in exchange and the urgent improvement of relevant policies,and puts forward suggestions such as rebuilding the integration mechanism,optimizing the allocation of resources,responding to the demand for participation and perfecting the legal system,so as to realize the long-term operation of the integration mechanism of industry,education and research in higher vocational colleges.
