高校理想信念教育的现实困囿与创新路径

摘要 理想信念是个体发展的动力和方向,影响着学生的学业追求和职业选择。理想信念教育是高校人才培养的重要任务,但由于存在观念陈旧和方式僵化等问题,高校学生管理者和广大思政教育者在工作上面临着更高的要求。以舒伯的生涯发展理论为指导,创造性地将理想信念教育与学生生涯发展规划内在联系起来,在传统理想信念教育的基础上进一步引导学生厘清生涯发展方向,明确学业、职业目标,在实现中华民族伟大复兴的第二个百年征程中,以“四个自信”为引领,自觉投身到时代复兴的伟大使命中来。 Ideals and beliefs are the driving force and direction of individual development,affecting students'academic pursuits and career choices in their career development.In the new era,ideal and belief education is the primary task of college students'training.The problems of outdated concepts and rigid methods still exist,which not only confuses college student managers,but also affects the main body of ideal and belief education-the majority of ideological and political educators.From the perspective of Super's career development theory,this paper creatively connects ideal and belief education with students'career development planning.on the basis of traditional ideal and belief education,further guiding students to clear up the career developing directions,to set explicit learning and vocational goals.In the second centenary journey to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,guided by the"Four Self-confidences",we will consciously devote ourselves to struggle and practice,and bravely undertake the mission of rejuvenation of the times.
