摘要
以某水泥企业为例,采用荧光分析、工艺参数分析和岩相分析等技术手段全面分析了硅酸盐水泥熟料外观质量差和易急凝的原因,并从原料、配料、中控操作及工艺方面提出了相应的解决措施。
Taking a cement enterprise as an example,the causes of poor appearance quality and quick setting of Portland cement clinker were comprehensively analyzed by means of fluorescence analysis,process parameter analysis and petrographic analysis,and the corresponding solutions were put forward from the aspects of raw materials,ingredients,central control operation and process.
