公路设计阶段绿色评价体系研究——以康唐公路为例

Research on Green Evaluation System in Highway Design Stage:Taking Kangtang Highway as an Example

基于压力-状态-响应框架模式,构建包括5项一级指标、19项二级指标和32项三级指标的公路设计阶段绿色评价体系。采用专家赋权法和变权理论确定各级指标权重;提出公路设计阶段绿色评分标准和等级评定方法;运用建立的评价体系对康唐公路设计阶段进行评价。结果表明:公路设计阶段绿色评价体系可涵盖待评公路的总体内容,实用性较高;康唐公路设计阶段的评价结果为4A级绿色公路。公路设计阶段绿色评价体系研究对提高公路建设绿色水平、推动公路建设绿色技术发展具有重要意义,同时也可为类似项目评价提供借鉴。

Based on the pressure state response framework model,this paper constructes a green evaluation system for highway design stage,which includes 5 first level indicators,19 second level indicators and 32 third level indicators.The weights of indicators at all levels are determined by expert weighting method and variable weight theory;Puts forward the green grading standard and grading method in the stage of highway design;The established evaluation system is used to evaluate the design stage of Kangtang Highway.The results show that the green evaluation system at the stage of highway design can cover the overall content of the highway to be evaluated,and has high practicability;The evaluation result of the design stage of Kangtang Highway is Grade 4A green highway.The green evaluation system at the stage of highway design is of great significance to improve the green level of highway construction and the development of green technology in highway construction,and can also provide reference for the evaluation of similar projects.
