基于体能消耗模型的立体过街设施评价指标研究

摘要 大城市交通拥堵越来越严重、行人与机动车之间冲突越来越多,而部分立体过街设施利用率却不高。以北京市典型街区为例,从设置位置、结构形式等方面分析了立体过街基础设施利用率不高的原因。为更科学地评价立体过街设施设置位置的合理性,建立了平地步行和上下天桥体能消耗计算模型,提出以行人利用天桥过街和平地绕行过街的能耗比作为过街天桥设置位置合理性量化评价指标,得出人行天桥距离路口或斑马线的最小合理距离。提出的量化指标能为立体过街设施设置的合理性评价提供参考依据。 In large cities,the traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious,and the conflicts between pedestrians and motor vehicles are increasing,while some crossing-street facilities are under utilized.Taking typical streets in Beijing as an example,the reasons for the low utilization of crossing-street infrastructures are analyzed in terms of setting location and structural form.In order to more scientifically evaluate the rationality of the location of passenger pedestrian bridges,a calculation model of physical energy consumption of walking on flat ground and up and down pedestrian bridges was established.The energy consumption ratio of pedestrians using the overpass to cross the street and by passing the street in a flat area is proposed as the quantitative evaluation index of the reasonableness of the location of the overpass,and the minimum reasonable distance of the pedestrian bridge from the intersection or crosswalk is derived.The quantitative indexes proposed in this paper can provide a reference basis for evaluating the rationality of setting crossing-street facilities.
