摘要
目的探究左甲状腺素钠治疗甲状腺功能减退临床疗效及对患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择上海市宝山区仁和医院收治的50例甲状腺功能减退患者作为研究对象,入选时间为2018年7月至2019年5月。采用抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受左甲状腺素钠治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的甲状腺激素水平以及血管内皮功能等指标情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者TT_(4)、TT_(3)、FT_(4)、FT_(3)水平高于对照组,TSH水平低于对照组;观察组AT-Ⅲ以及HDL-C水平明显高于对照组,CRP、FIB、LDL-C以及TC水平明显低于对照组,两组对比差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗总有效率依次为96%、76%,且观察组使用左甲状腺素钠的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用左甲状腺素钠治疗甲状腺功能减退,有利于患者改善甲状腺激素水平以及血管内皮功能,也能提升患者临床治疗效果,对于减少不良反应发生率、改善患者预后发挥着重要的作用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of hypothyroidism and its effect on the vascular endothelial function of patients.Methods Fifty patients with hypothyroidism admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and the enrollment time was from July 2018 to May 2019.They were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received levothyroxine sodium treatment.Thyroid hormone level and vascular endothelial function and other indicators of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,TT_(4),TT_(3),FT_(4) and FT_(3) levels in observation group were higher than those of control group,while TSH level was lower than that of control group.The levels of AT-Ⅲ and HDL-C in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the levels of CRP,FIB,LDL-C and TC were significantly lower than those of the control group,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 96%and 76%,respectively,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of hypothyroidism is beneficial to improve thyroid hormone level and vascular endothelial function of patients,and can also improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,which plays an important role in reducing the incidence of adverse reactions and improving the prognosis of patients.
