健康体检儿童青少年血清尿酸水平影响因素研究

Study on influencing factors of serum uric acid level among children and adolescents undergoing physical examination

目的检测7~18岁儿童青少年的尿酸、血脂、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,分析尿酸与血脂、CRP等的相关关系。方法选取2021年1月至2021年10月到河南省某三甲医院健康体检的郑州市7~18岁儿童青少年87例,检测其尿酸、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白和CRP的水平,测量其身高、体重,调查其饮食摄入和运动量等,并进行统计分析。结果高尿酸血症的患病率为8.05%,其中男性12.24%,女性2.63%。在多重线性回归分析中,性别、CRP和高密度脂蛋白是尿酸水平的影响因素,标准化回归系数分别为-0.415,0.194,-0.225。结论郑州市儿童青少年高尿酸血症患病率较高,男性高于女性,机体的炎症状态和脂质代谢紊乱可能影响尿酸水平。

Objective To detect the levels of uric acid,blood lipid and CRP in children and adolescents aged 7-18 years,and to analyze the relationship between uric acid and blood lipid,C-reactive protein(CRP).MethodTs he levels of uric acid,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein and CRP were measured among 87 children and adolescents aged from 7 to 18 years old lived in Zhengzhou city who were examined in a third-class hospital in Henan province from January to October 2021.Their height,weight,dietary intake and exercise were investigated.All data was statistically analyzed.Results The prevalence rate of hyperuricemia was 8.05%,and 12.24%for males and 2.63%for females.In multiple linear regression analysis,sex,CRP and high density lipoprotein were the influencing factors of uric acid level,and the standardized regression coefficients were-0.415,0.194,and 0.225,respectively.Conclusion The prevalence rate of hyperuricemiain children and adolescents in Zhengzhou city is higher,and the prevalence rate of hyperuricemia in males is higher than that in females.The inflammatory state and lipid metabolism disorder may affect the level of uric acid.
