纳布啡在小儿牙体牙髓病治疗中的应用效果及满意度影响分析

Effect and satisfaction of nalbuphine in treatment of endodontic diseases in children

目的分析纳布啡在小儿牙体牙髓病治疗中的应用效果并分析患儿家属满意度。方法以2020年6月—2022年6月河南省儿童医院小儿牙体牙髓病患者为研究对象,将96例按麻醉药物种类进行分类,得到对照组(48例、舒芬太尼组)与观察组(48例、纳布啡组),记录两组的生命体征变化、分析其应激情况、统计全程不良反应以及最终的满意度。结果两组麻醉方法均能顺利完成手术,患儿术中生命体征指标(HR、MAP)变化无明显差异(P>0.05);就呼吸抑制而言,观察组在用药后的呼吸抑制发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在麻醉后12、24 h的SOD显著高于对照组而MDA更低(P<0.05);观察组在全程的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的最终满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿牙体牙髓病的治疗之中配合纳布啡麻醉处理在保留自主呼吸的情况下可稳定患者的心率及血压,较对照组应激反应及不良反应低,而整体满意度相对更高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of nalbuphine in the treatment of endodontic diseases in children and to analyze the satisfaction of childrens families.Methods The children with endodontic diseases were selected as the research objects,and then the samples from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the background.96 cases were classified according to the types of anesthesia drugs,and were divided into control group(48 cases,sufentanil group)and observation group(48 cases,nalbuphine group).The changes of vital signs,stress,adverse reactions and final satisfaction of the two groups were recorded.Results The two groups of anesthesia methods can successfully complete the operation,the childrens vital signs(HR,MAP)changes were not significantly different(P>0.05);In terms of respiratory depression,the incidence of respiratory depression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).SOD in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 12 h and 24 h after anesthesia,while MDA was lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The final satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nalbuphine anesthesia in the treatment of children with endodontic diseases can stabilize the heart rate and blood pressure under the condition of keeping spontaneous breathing.Compared with the control group,the stress response and adverse reactions are lower,and the overall satisfaction is relatively higher.
