职业教育国际合作模式的实践探索——以深圳职业技术学院与新加坡高职院校合作为例

Practical Exploration of International Cooperation Models for Vocational Education:A Case Study of Collaboration between Shenzhen Polytechnic and Singaporean Polytechnics

深圳和新加坡两地同属新技术革新前沿区域,在产业结构、创新科技和城市治理等方面有诸多相似之处。在国家各类政策的指导下以及两地产业发展的社会支撑下,两地在高等职业教育方面开展了紧密合作,开拓了学生国际化视野,培养了适应社会发展的创新型技术技能人才。深圳职业技术学院与新加坡职业院校的合作,构建了基于创新与产业发展的职业教育国际合作模式,包括以创新和产业发展为合作目标的职业教育高层互动、教师专业建设交流、校企合作交流、学生交流。该模式“基础相似、目标一致、发展互补、共建共享”的成功基本要素,为其他职业院校国际交流提供借鉴。

Shenzhen and Singapore are both at the forefront of new technology innovation,with many similarities in industrial structure,innovative technology and urban governance,etc.Under the guidance of various national policies and social support for industrial development in the two cities,they have developed close cooperation in higher vocational education,broadened students'international horizons,and cultivated innovative technical skilled personnel who can adapt to social development.Taking the cooperation between Shenzhen Polytechnic and Singapore Vocational Colleges as an example,they have established an international cooperation model for vocational education based on innovation and industrial development.This model includes cooperation goals centered on innovation and industrial development,high-level interaction between vocational education leaders,exchange of teacher professional development,exchange of school-enterprise cooperation,and student exchange.The successful basic elements of this model,"similar foundation,consistent goals,complementary development,and joint construction and sharing,"can provide referencesfor international exchanges between China and other countries.
