批判性思维干预对青少年人际冲突解决策略的影响

摘要 批判性思维与青少年人际冲突解决策略之间的实证关系,其研究可从以下两方面着手。研究一:以1505名在校高中生为被试,采用《批评性思维倾向问卷》和《人际冲突应对策略量表》考查批判性思维与人际冲突解决策略之间的关系。结果表明,青少年批判性思维处于中等水平,且年级差异显著;批判性思维各维度与人际冲突解决策略之间存在显著相关。研究二:设计青少年批判性思维团体干预方案,探究批判性思维的提升对人际冲突解决策略的影响。研究参与者为28名高中生,随机抽取其中14名作为实验组,另外14名作为对照组,实验组开展6次批判性思维团体干预,对照组不干预。重复测量方差分析和效应值结果显示,经过团体干预后实验组的批判性思维和人际冲突解决策略水平均显著高于实验组前测和对照组后测,这表明批判性思维团体干预能有效提升青少年批判性思维能力,而且对于改善人际冲突解决策略也有积极效果。 The empirical relationship between critical thinking and adolescent interpersonal conflict resolution strategies can be studied from the following two aspects.Study 1:Taking 1505 high school students as participants,the“Critical Thinking Tendency Questionnaire”and"Interpersonal Conflict Coping Strategy Scale"were used to examine the relationship between critical thinking and interpersonal conflict resolution strategies.The results showed that adolescents'critical thinking was at an intermediate level,and the grade level difference was significant.There is a significant correlation between the dimensions of critical thinking and interpersonal conflict resolution strategies.Study 2:Design a group intervention program for adolescents with critical thinking to explore the impact of critical thinking enhancement on interpersonal conflict resolution strategies.The study participants were 28 high school students,14 of whom were randomly selected as the experimental group and the other 14 as the control group,and the experimental group carried out 6 critical thinking group interventions,and the control group did not intervene.The results of repeated ANOVA and effect values showed that the level of critical thinking and interpersonal conflict resolution strategies in the experimental group after group intervention were significantly higher than those in the experimental group before and after the control group,indicating that critical thinking group intervention can effectively improve adolescents'critical thinking ability and also have a positive effect on improving interpersonal conflict resolution strategies.
