摘要
生涯教育的开展对学生全面健康成长意义重大。但在高职院校的实际教学过程中,生涯教育出现了生涯规划教学时间不足、生涯规划教学内容缩略和实施生涯规划专业教师短缺等问题。这主要是由于社会公众对生涯规划的认知功利化,学校的办学理念片面强调就业而忽视学生的自由全面发展,专业教师的发展通道和培养培训体系不完善。为此,应扭转社会、家庭和学校对职业生涯教育的认识,营造良好的教学氛围;规范学校实施生涯规划的教学内容,保障充足的教学时间;加强专职教师队伍建设,发挥各学科教师的作用,共同推动学生生涯规划能力的进步。
It is of great significance to carry out career education for students'all-round and healthy growth.However,in the actual teaching process of higher vocational schools,there are some problems in career education,such as insufficient teaching time and short teaching content of career planning,and shortage of professional teachers for career planning.This is mainly due to the utilitarianism of the public's cognition of career planning,the onesided emphasis on employment and the neglect of students'free and comprehensive development in school running philosophy,and the imperfect development channels and training system of professional teachers.Therefore,it is proposed to reverse the understanding of society,family and school on career education and create a good teaching atmosphere,to standardize the teaching content of career planning and ensure sufficient teaching time,and to strengthen the construction of full-time teachers team and give play to the role of teachers in various disciplines,thus to jointly promote the progress of students'career planning ability.
