Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction is derived from Treatise on Febrile Diseases and it's one of the six prescriptions of Bupleurum chinense.On the basis of his predecessors,summed up that the key to using this prescription lied in grasping the pathogenesis of"liver heat and spleen cold"and applied it in the treatment of various internal injury miscellaneous diseases in clinical practice with significant effects.This article introduces experience in using Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction from"liver heat and spleen cold"in clinical practice,and analyzes it in combination with medical records.
