摘要
为了确定近距离煤层重复开采停采煤柱的合理宽度,以燕子山矿为工程背景,基于应力拱理论进行了研究。采用理论分析、数值模拟及现场实测研究了随重复开采应力拱形态和支承压力分布的演化规律及响应关系。结果表明:跨度、埋深与支承压力影响范围呈正相关,而拱高、集中应力系数与其呈负相关。重复开采引起应力拱左、右半拱的拱高和跨度按时空顺序分别增大至165 m和235 m,结合理论计算得超前支承压力影响范围由78 m增大至94 m。现场实测所得数据得到了相同的规律。应力拱的形态与支承压力分布的演化高度关联,随重复开采超前支承压力影响范围明显增大。研究成果可为近距离煤层停采煤柱宽度的留设提供科学依据。
In order to determine the reasonable width of stopping coal pillar in repeated mining of shortdistance coal seams,taking Yanzishan coal mine as the engineering background,the research was carried out based on the stress arch theory.The evolution law and response relationship of stress arch shape and abutment pressure distribution with repeated mining were studied by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement.The results show that:the span of stress arch and buried depth are positively correlated with the influence range of abutment pressure(IRFAP),while the arch height of stress arch and concentration coefficient are negatively correlated with it.The arch height and span of the left and right half arches of the stress arch increase to 165 m and 235 m respectively in the time-space order due to repeated mining.Combined with theoretical calculation,the IRFAP increases from 78 m to 94 m.The same underground pressure law is obtained from the field-measured data.The evolution of the abutment pressure distribution is highly related to the shape of the stress arch.The IRFAP increases obviously with repeated mining.The research results can provide a scientific basis for the width of stopping coal pillars in close distance coal seams.
