全面抗战时期陕甘宁边区铸牢中华民族共同体意识的基本经验

The Basic Experience of Consolidating the Consciousness of Chinese National Community in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the Total Resistance

全面抗战时期,中国共产党在陕甘宁边区对铸牢中华民族共同体意识进行了积极的探索。通过保障少数民族人民参政议政的权利、推进民族区域自治的初步实践以及联合少数民族上层一致抗日建立统一战线,促进了边区的民族团结;通过帮助少数民族恢复经济、扶持保护少数民族商业、积极鼓励少数民族人民勤劳致富和开垦荒地,发展了边区的民族经济;通过促进边区民族教育发展、培养大批少数民族干部,开展了边区的民族教育;通过尊重教徒信仰自由、保护正当宗教活动、保障教民平等的政治权利以及保护民族文物古迹,尊重和保护了边区的民族文化。陕甘宁边区时期,中国共产党为铸牢中华民族共同体意识奠定了重要政治基础、物质基础、人才基础和思想基础,推进了新型民族关系的确立,增强了边区民族凝聚力和向心力,成为中华民族共同体构建过程中一个重要的历史阶段。

During the period of total resistance,the Communist Party of China actively explored the Consciousness forging of a community for Chinese nation in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.It has promoted ethnic unity in border areas by guaranteeing the right of ethnic minorities to participate in and discuss state affairs,promoting the initial practice of regional ethnic autonomy,and uniting the upper echelons of ethnic minorities to unite against Japanese and establish a united front;by helping ethnic minorities to recover their economies,supporting and protecting ethnic minority businesses,actively encouraging ethnic minority people to get rich through hard work and reclaiming wasteland,the ethnic economy of the border areas has been developed;by promoting the development of ethnic education in border areas and training a large number of ethnic minority cadres,ethnic education in border areas has been carried out;by respecting the believers'freedom of belief,protecting legitimate religious activities,guaranteeing equal political rights of parishioners,and protecting national cultural relics and monuments.the ethnic culture of the border areas has been respected and protected.During her stay in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,the CPC laid an important political,material,talent and ideological foundation for consolidating the consciousness of a community of the Chinese nation,promoted the establishment of a new type of ethnic relations,strengthened the national cohesion and centripetal force in the border region,which became an important historical stage in the construction of a community of the Chinese nation.
